From the Dogwood, Crested Butte. 

One adult hot chocolate, coming right up! 

  • 1 ounce whiskey 
  • ½ ounce amaretto 
  • splash (or less than ½ ounce) absinthe 
  • ½ cup hot chocolate* 

Steam all ingredients until hot, then pour into a glass Irish coffee mug. Top with homemade whipped cream and crushed, toasted almonds. 

*The Dogwood makes its own ganache and mixes it with whole milk.
