The gourmet specialty market focuses on fresh (never frozen), responsibly sourced, world-class seafood and specialty meats. They bring in fish daily from all over the world, including a wide variety of sushi-grade offerings, shellfish, and more. But back to the collab dinner: it’s taking place in Hop Alley’s newly expanded dining room, and it’s $145.88 per person. You can (try) to reserve your spot here, but only if someone cancels.

On the special event side of things, the calendar includes e-bike, walking, and bus tours, a field trip to the Boulder Farmers Market with Chef Daniel Asher, a Twin Flame lamb dinner at Gemini, and more.
