July 18: Picnic on the Patio Lobster Boil @ Steuben’s Uptown

A five-course menu served family style, includes a bibb lettuce and heirloom tomato salad, shrimp and corn chowder, New England oysters, lobster and clam boil, limoncello “tiramisu” with wild blueberries. July 19: Taste of Mexico Wine Dinner @ Rioja

Before the Taste of Mexico celebration in honor of 40 years of sister-city-hood with Cuernavaca, Mexico, kicks off on July 21, get a taste of the vibrant culture at a very special dinner created by Rioja Chef/Owner Jennifer Jasinski and guest chef of Dana Rodriguez from Work & Class, Cantina Loca, Super Mega Bien, and, of course, Casa Bonita. July 20: 5280 Top of the Town @ Cherry Creek North — Fillmore Plaza

July 21: Taste of Mexico @ Larimer Square

If you didn’t drop $150 at the Rioja dinner on Wednesday, you can still raise a cervesa to Denver’s sister city, Cuernavaca, Mexico, during a three-day festival showcase of the unique historical relationship between these two cities. The celebration highlights the rich and diverse Hispanic culture prevalent in our metro Denver community. Various events throughout the weekend feature Mexican and American talent and an extensive schedule of cultural activities, including language classes, live music, Sotol and Mezcal tastings, Lucha Libre, and more.
