From Adrift, Denver.

The daiquiri is a classic built on three ingredients: rum, lime, and sugar. Here, the addition of pineapple and salt gives extra body and cuts the tartness, leaving a well-balanced and refreshing drink for any occasion.

  • 2 ounces rum
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ½ small pinches salt

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin, shake with ice, and strain into a coupe without ice.
